Digital Experience Platform (DXP)

As a digital experience platform, the InterRed ContentHub captures and manages content at a central point, regardless of the output channel. Thanks to media-neutral storage, this content is also available for use in all channels at a later date. The current status of an asset can be retrieved at any time and, if desired, automatically distributed to predefined recipients. After a defined period of time in which a user is no longer logged into ContentHub, their first and last names are automatically replaced by initials at all points in the system. In this way, our software supports compliance with data protection in the context of the current EU GDPR.

Once content has been entered into the system, it is available for efficient and fast further use and reuse. The targeted output forms are versatile. Transferring content for other output channels is extremely simple.

Once in the Content Hub, content can be transferred (partially) automatically to social media, apps, websites, corporate blogs, print publications or other publication layers thanks to media-independent storage. However, all content is also available at any time for internal research by your own employees.

The InterRed ContentHub is a comprehensive tool that manages and organizes assets of all kinds, be it texts, images, videos, audio files, documents, etc., including metadata. Depending on their respective roles and rights, InterRed users have access to media content in the integrated media database in order to edit and use it for various content marketing purposes and to retrieve a wide range of information and metadata. Usage reports and notes provide users with information on how, where and how often an asset has already been used or whether it may still be used. In addition to the existing automatic distribution and publication mechanisms, configurable routines can also be set in the system to ensure that, for example, an asset for which usage rights no longer exist is removed from circulation semi-automatically.

Communication and workflow management

The system can create reminders in the form of tasks or e-mails to monitor compliance with defined deadlines in content marketing. These can also be created for individually defined substitutes for employees if a deadline is at risk. The configurable workflow automation can also be used, for example, to automatically plan the distribution of content down to the minute. This also includes, for example, the predefined going live of online content or the timely transfer of files to a print service provider. Tasks, e.g. for the delivery of assets in various forms, can be assigned to employees or external parties, with automated reminder emails if required. External content is imported directly into the system with the help of structured content capture by the InterRed ContentCollector, whether via web forms, emails or the standalone InterRed ContentCollector app. As a result, internal correction workflows can be triggered automatically, for example by automatically creating tasks or setting workflow stages. In addition, email notifications can be set up for responsible employees to inform them about the timely delivery (or non-timely delivery) of content.

Integrated artificial intelligence provides support through automation and extends across digital platforms, print media and translations. The ContentAgents offer added value by providing supporting information about the previous use of terms in the course of earlier communication measures. They also help to independently link information for interested parties and customers. The AI component can recognize relevant related content without human input and recommend it depending on the context. This increases the dwell time of interested parties and intensifies interaction with your own content. In addition, an automatic creation of dossiers can be set up, which can bundle content for certain content without human intervention.
